Bleu / Savepoint is unmistakably the beginning of a new chapter in Sport Wolf's musical saga. Drawing influence from deep house, Detroit techno, and jazz, the pair of tracks were incubated during a period of reinvention and self-discovery for Reed, as he stepped away from the computer to work more intimately with synthesizers and drum machines.

Reed says "It's been a rough couple of years for me as a musician. I feel as if I lost something but have also found something. Something different in my operation of making music. These two tracks reflect the result of this new method and mindset. These are tracks to be listened to in your car, driving at night, reflecting on things."

Sport Wolf shines pulling melodies from 90s alternative dance music through a chilled-out filter, producing musical subtleties that reward the intentional ear, always leaving something new to uncover by listening just a little closer.
