SINtegrate is a bi-monthly hybrid gallery and cinema experience. A film is selected from the Chicago film-making community and then an immersive and experimental event is designed to bring that film to life.

DollFace is a short film, written and directed by Layne Marie Williams. The event will be the first official screening of the film. 

THE FILM:
Examining both the good and the bad, Dollface endeavors to explore everything from the societal, religious, and racial pressures surrounding the mystery of the institution of marriage.

THE EVENT: 
The event is designed to transport you, through sights, sounds, and sips into the world of Max & Dot's decaying relationship, on the day of their wedding. Artists, dancers, poets, instrumentalists, and music performers all share in the burden of bringing the tragedy of Dollface to life. 

ATTIRE:
Formal, Sexy, Hip. You are attending the wedding of Dot and Max. Even if they don't make it to the alter. 

BITE AND SIP: 
Original cocktails and hors d'oeuvers, inspired by the film, will be available at the event. 

AGES:
SINtegrate and the Canvas event space are 21+ events.
